Oratory Commerce Liverpool knows when exactly direct marketing is most appropriate

The event marketing technique comes with a huge package of benefits. However the success in rolling out a event marketing campaign that appeal to the entire target audience depends a lot on whether you are delivering the campaign at the right time and in the right way. The situations in which event marketing is most appropriate are numerous. Event marketing was never really expected to produce sales as the result of one single activity.

Oratory UK follows a whole new direct marketing method by which they expect to establish a dialogue and achieve a position on the prospective customers’ mental shopping list. This being the main objective, Oratory Commerce then focuses on building relationships with their clients’ customers in an effort to achieve loyalty.

Having had numerous years of experience in the event marketing arena, Oratory Commerce Liverpool has also begun to recognise as well as measure brand bonding power. The company clearly knows that if customers are able to associate themselves with their client’s brand, the first step in their marketing campaign would be a cake-walk.

Thus by integrating all aspects of marketing communications as well as business operations together, Oratory Commerce Liverpool proves that there are few to beat them!

Graham O’Conoor Of Oratory Commerce is a man who sets a great example

What matters most in direct marketing is not whether you have sales experience or not. An enthusiastic attitude coupled with the talent to observe, learn and grasp the positive attributes in leaders and people above us in the hierarchy is what can make you keep moving forward. And the best example of this is Graham O’Connor of Oratory Commerce .Graham has been with Oratory Commerce for the past 6 months and started business without any prior sales experience. But though Graham O’ Connor did not have any sales experience what he had was an enthusiastic attitude and the willingness to learn things from his leader, Andrew Fairclough - a man with a lot of skills in sales.

Being quick to learn, Graham achieved leadership within his first week with the company and today takes on position not only as a high roller within the company but also exercises duties as a team leader of two other leaders and two field representatives.
Having an above average attitude Graham did not prefer a 9-5 job which offered no job progression. This attitude steamed partly from the fact that Graham was mentored by a great leader. Sales appealed to him because he was in control of how much he could earn per week. He felt that the advantage of sales was that though you had no money at the start of a weekend, you could make as much as £600 if the goal was achieved.

Being a high roller in office, Graham O’ Conoor motivated and made his team really good at sales. His example of doing business and achieving sales consistently and earning minimum of £100 in a day was enough boost for the field representatives in his team.

Today Graham O’Conoor works on the goal of being a Crew Leader some day and build a strong team of his own. He also plans to achieve Assistant Ownership by March 2011. He has a very interesting motto in his life “work hard play hard”. Graham O’ Conoor believes that by having fun during work you achieve more sales, and more sales means more money which ultimately helps you can have a great holiday during your weekend. Graham O’Conoor’s personal best was 22 sales in a week.

Oratory Commerce going strong even during these times of recession and the reasons are many

When most of the companies are facing the cruel impacts of recession, Oratory Commerce Liverpool seems to be going strong in spite of the not so favourable climate. And to those who wonder how it is possible for the company to have unlimited amount of vacancies while others are redundant, the answer is to probe a little bit into the details.

Oratory Commerce is a part of a world-renowned and one among the largest sales and marketing companies around the globe. Thanks to the goodwill of the parent company coupled with the clever way through which Oratory Commerce goes about achieving their clients’ goals, the company has earned the trust of their clients mainly companies from the Telecom Industry including Sky Digital, NPower TalkTalk and Tesco. The company has been doing wonders in promoting the telecommunication services of each of the above companies. Oratory Commerce never finds a dearth of clients and hence the company always has numerous vacancies thus gifting opportunities for talented professionals (even freshers) to mark the beginning of a great career with Oratory UK.

Owing to an ever-increasing customer base, Oratory Commerce has opened offices in London, Liverpool and Ireland. The business structure of the company revolves around “copy and apply”. Programmes offered by the company include Sales Product Training (where candidates are given the opportunity to do as many sales and earn uncapped earnings) and Business Development (perfect for ambitious candidates. They are trained at the Entry Level Sales and Marketing towards a managerial role).

All the above contribute to the reasons why Oratory Commerce is still going strong, opening up new offices and announcing vacancies even during these times of recession.
